Deputy Home Manager : Ms Riva Ram Supporting the Registered Home Manager, the Deputy Home Manager, Riva, assists in the daily operations and management of the home. Their role includes supervising staff, implementing care plans, and ensuring that the individual needs of each child are met.

Senior Residential Care Practitioner : We are currently seeking a Senior Residential Care Practitioner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children, mentoring junior staff, and assisting in the development of personalised care plans.

Our team includes Six dedicated Residential Care Practitioners : These practitioners are at the heart of our care services, working directly with children to support their daily activities, emotional well-being, and development. They bring a wealth of experience and compassion to their roles, ensuring that each child receives the attention and care they deserve.

Night Care Awake Staff

• Our night-time care is managed by two Night Care Awake staff members : These professionals provide essential care and supervision during the night, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our homes. They are vigilant and responsive, ready to address any needs that arise overnight.
• Designated Safeguard Lead : The Designated Safeguard Leads have specific training for this role; Fitzroy, Nathan and Riva, are responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of all children in our care. They manage safeguarding policies, conduct training for staff, and oversee all safeguarding concerns, ensuring that the highest standards of child protection are upheld.
• On-Call Manager : The On-Call Manager/s operate on a rostered basis to ensure 24/7/365 cover, Fitzroy, Nathan and Riva, provides additional support outside regular hours, ensuring that there is always a senior member of staff available to handle emergencies or provide guidance. Their role is crucial in maintaining the continuity and consistency of care.
