Our Vision
Core Values
1. Compassion : We believe in treating every child with kindness, empathy, and respect. Our compassionate approach ensures that each child feels valued and supported in their journey towards personal growth and development.
2. Individualised Care : Recognising that every child is unique, we tailor our services to meet the specific needs, strengths, and challenges of each individual. Our personalised care plans are designed to provide the most effective support for each child’s emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.
3. Collaboration : We work closely with Local Authorities, families, and other professionals to provide a cohesive and comprehensive care experience. Our collaborative approach ensures that all stakeholders are involved and informed, promoting a unified effort towards each child’s well-being.
4. Integrity : We uphold the highest standards of honesty, transparency, and ethical behaviour in all our practices. Our commitment to integrity ensures that we provide reliable and trustworthy services to the children and families we support.
5. Excellence : We are dedicated to continuous improvement and strive for excellence in everything we do. Our team of professionals is committed to ongoing training and development, ensuring that we provide the best possible care and support to our children.
Our Objectives
1. Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment : Create a stable and supportive living environment where children feel safe, secure, and valued. Our homes are designed to promote emotional and physical well-being, offering children the comfort and stability they need to thrive.
2. Support Emotional and Behavioural Development : We will source and work collaboratively with specialised therapeutic support to help children manage their emotions and behaviours effectively. This will include individual and group therapy, behavioural interventions, and social skills training, all aimed at fostering positive development.
3. Promote Educational Success : Collaborate with educational professionals to ensure that each child receives the support they need to succeed academically. We work with schools to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) to provide additional educational resources and support.
4. Encourage Independence and Life Skills : Prepare children for a successful transition into adulthood by teaching essential life skills. Our life skills training includes self-care, cooking, money management, job searching, and other crucial skills needed for independent living.
5. Strengthen Family Relationships : Facilitate family involvement and provide support to help rebuild and strengthen family connections. Our family support services include counselling, mediation, and the facilitation of family visits, ensuring that families remain an integral part of the child’s care journey.
